Hi, I’m Sarah

I'm a Pacific Northwest native who loves exploring Washington's rainforests. I grew up backpacking in the Olympics and Cascades, and I still enjoy hiking and outdoor activities like camping and paddle boarding.

In my work, I use a solution-focused approach to help clients harness their strengths. I value mindfulness and meditation, and I specialize in supporting clients with OCD, anxiety, postpartum difficulties, and ADHD.
